Bleeding after orgasm

Sorry if this is tmi but I'm 8 weeks pg. My body has been going crazy with hormones. Tonight after an O, I had bleeding with a blood clot. I lost my last baby at 20 weeks due to a weak service last December. I called my dr and am going for an US tomorrow. After crying and praying and trying to calm down, just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and what the outcome was.
