Sono said girl harmony test says boy? Help

I'm all sorts of confused! Had 2 different sonograms where they said girl, had to get the harmony test done due to genetics issues.... test says boy! I saw my ob today and I'm measuring 6 weeks ahead of schedule. So now they think it might be twins! Ahhhhh! I just want a definite answer. Has anyone had something like this happen?

I would assume that the harmony test would be more accurate, as DNA doesn't lie....but that's only my assumption! I was told I was having a girl during one sono & he ended up being all boy at the next lol

One of my co workers didnt find out she had twins until 5 months along

Harmony is probably the correct one, only because it goes according to baby's DNA. Boys carry Y chromosomes, if they see a Y it's a boy, us as females don't have Y chromosomes in our DNA, only X. (X is girl, Y is boy). Girls parts are usually swollen and can look like boys parts.

Do you have other children? I thought I read somewhere about if children were close together the dna test wasn't always accurate because there could be left over cells from previous baby if so close together.

I'm not an expert, but I'd think at 20w they would have seen 2 babies...

Maybe there was an error at the lab?
