Bright red spotting????

I was diagnosed with a subchorionic hematoma at my 7 week scan, they said to expect some spotting....went in a few days ago for a midwife appointment and she continued my pelvic rest and performed another ultrasound at 8 weeks and 3 days to make sure baby was ok....baby was fine, as a matter of fact the heart rate had increased from 144 bpm at 7 weeks to 160 bpm at the 8 week scan....now this morning I went to the bathroom and found BRIGHT RED SPOTTING only when I wipe but no clots, have had NO spotting of any kind up until this A.M. should I be concerned or is this normal???? Help!!!! I have had 2 previous miscarriages and am TERRIFIED of another one
