Unable to sleep!!??
I'm at 7 weeks, 1 day and am BEYOND exhausted. I have been unable to sleep through the night. Sleeping for an hour, then up for 3 hours tossing and turning. On top of this, I've come down with a head cold. Does anyone have any suggestions on getting sleep and battling this cold? I work full time as well and am just worried that I'm not resting enough.
