Breastfeeding

So for anyone who has breast feed I have some questions. My daughter is one week old and wants to feed all the time which I read is normal. However how long should she be nursing? Sometimes she only will eat for 10 mins at a time which is why I think she wants to eat all the time. She is pooping and peeing as much as she should be. I'm just worried she isn't getting enough milk. I've also had to use a nipple shield due to issues with her latching. Any words of wisdom would be awesome as I am a ftm from a family who has never breastfeed! Thanks
