Implantation bleeding? Cyst? Am i pregnant?

Alright well im 14 and ont judge yeah my bf and i have been together for a long time and like 4 weeks ago we were likw rubbing down there and he had a condom on and im a virgin and well he came and i guess he forgot to leave the tip where the condom is for the semen to go and well he thought the condom had broke but it didnt and everything was fine i guess. But now (i have irregular periods) ive been kinda freaking out and this morning i guess my period came like it usually does and then later i was peeing and then i wiped and just so much blood was on the toilet paper which is normal for me but then my cramps got pretty bad and i decided to take an advil (i never take any types of pills during my period) and then my period became like pretty light.. And  more on the pinkish red side and also before i had red clots when my period was heavy. Am i on my period and the advil just made it lighter or am i having implantation bleeding?
