Confused?

How can you tell a guy that he likes you? I have a few answers but I don't know if it's linked with someone liking me... Well one of them is when he is getting shy around you, he annoys you not often but a little, when you take selfies he is always in them, he asks you if your alright, plus he stares at you and gives you a need and also smiling and amuse face... I have this situation right now but he isn't talking to me as in we aren't getting to know each other so I barely got the chance to see him today since he ain't in my classes expect from maths and since we have 2 weeks off I don't know what do! Either to ignore him so I can find out if he still giving me those signs or talk to him but he will kinda think I like him but I don't. POV guys?
