So I have a high gag reflex is there anything I can do to help eventually deep throat

Something that helps me is to sit on him in like a backward cowgirl position so that your back is facing him. Then I take it in and it's easier since the penis is curved to go that way. I also let it hit the back and I gag a little and just allow it to go that far. The next few times I do it, it will go a little further as my throat learns to take it in. I haven't gone full deep throat yet, but I have been able to get pretty far from just doing a little at a time every time he goes in
