Nervous and need advice

I'm a virgin, never had sex, but me and my boyfriend at the time did anal.. I know you can't get pregnant from anal. Unless a freak accident. My I'm three days late and lately have been right on when it come to my periods. Should I be nervous that a freak accident happened and there's a reason why I'm late?
