Does it matter when I take a pregnant test

Hello,  I took a test Friday and there was a flint line and I'm currently 6 days before Af and I wonder if there a difference for taking It in the morning or after noon.  ❤️❤️❤️❤️

In early pregnancy it matters because hcg concentration is higher in morning urine, so the result should be posirive or stronger positive in comparison to result from evening urine ☺
