How do u know if your having a miscarriage ?

A lot of time its because you have bad cramping and start bleeding red...

Do it's already in the process--Bleeding, cramping and lots of large clots. However if it's a missed miscarriage there's no way of knowing until you get tested and the doctors will give you options of how to miscarry.

I had a miscarriage in June. Unfortunately, I had no bleeding or cramping....I just had an instinct that I wasn't pregnant anymore so I scanned myself at work (I'm an ultrasound tech) and I saw no heart beat.. I would have rather had cramps and bleeding.

From experience of past 2, from beginning I had extreme lower back pain. Also I did not have morning sickness. Not really knowing I didn't find out untill ultrasound.
