13 weeks pregnant and me and my partner are splitting up. :(

I don't know why I'm even typing this I guess I just feel mixed emotions and looking for advice. I'm 13 weeks pregnant and me and my partner have 3 children between us my daughter lives with us full time and his girls half the week. I guess I'm just feeling really sad and scared. :(
