Miralax is ok?

Ughh I'm annoyed. I have constipation. It's not bad, I can go once in a while... But I just want to be clear out. I feel backed up and bloated. I was told by nurse direct that Miralax is safe and I've seen online that it's safe, but I've also seen people say it's not ok... Has anyone taken it? I'm 9 weeks.

Miralax doesn't get absorbed. Can't reach your bloodstream, so it can't reach the baby.

I have the same problem. My doctor told me to take my prenatal vitamin every other day and take Colace. The Colace does not work at all but Milk of Magnesia does the trick.
