10dpo feeling ovulation pain

Okay I feel like I'm still having ovulation pains in my side (right). I test everyday for LH surge and HCG and I'm negative on both. I know my body and it's just bothersome that it's STILL happening. Anyone else relate or have suggestions? It's not a period crampa either.
