2 months late BFN could I still be pregnant?

2 months late with my period and all tests are negative. ...I'm having symptoms such as slight cramping, bloating,  extreme tiredness, severe nausea daily  but no vomiting and a headache almost every day...could I possibly still be pregnant but just have low hcg hormone? What should I do????

Get a blood test done! Talk to your physician and ask for it. Or your OB. Something is going on.

The only  time  that I lost my period  for any length  of  time  other  than  being  pregnant  was when I was avidly  working  out and my body  fat percentage  was so low that I stopped  getting  my af. You  should  definitely  go see a doctor  asap  bc it could be something  as simple  as stress related  all the way  to  something  more  serious .
