I've only just started feeling human at 15wks... Still getting sick when I'm hungry or uncomfortable (hot or wearing restrictive clothing) but I have a feeling that won't go away

I only feel sick early in the mornings now or when I get hungry and can't eat right away. But I have been feeling SO CONFUSED all the time. And always dizzy. Driving is difficult, my vision randomly starts to blur. Anyone else going through this? Only since about week 14 and I'm 16 weeks now.
