When it comes to drinking iced tea during pregnancy

I been dying for green tea not hot but mixed or canned and heard it isn't good to drink herbal like teas during pregnancy. But is drinking like mixed lemon iced tea at home okay or crystal light lemon tea? I'm tired of water all day long and I'm over drinking V8 splashes now. I have no taste for that stuff. I been craving iced tea lemon in whatever form. Anyone know?

I drink tea and coffee. All my kids and my pregnancies are fine.

I can't drink hot tea or coffee anymore. I haven't since my 5th week of pregnancy it makes me gag. I love anything cold at the moment. I force myself to drink water now where as weeks ago I'd drink a case in 4 days easy, but now I hate it. So I wanted to drink iced tea or green tea that's cold. Not brewed though. I guess I'll ask my doctor and see. I'm just concerned with the herbal portion of it.

Yea. I'm finding it difficult too. My doctor told me no tea at all. No black tea, no herbal teas, hot, or cold, nodda. As a regular turn-to beverage for me its really tough. I can't imagine what coffee drinkers go through.

You can drink pure leaf or gold peak bottled tea you can go online and find the caffeine amount I think the sweet tea has like 59 mg or what not of caffeine so you can have like one cup I just try to only have like 2 cups a week if I have to I don't want to risk anything it's hard I used to drink nothing but iced tea :(
