Has anyone run a marathon while pregnant???

I'm already registered for the Boston Marathon in April. I'll be 25 weeks pregnant and still really want to run. I would be totally fine stopping mid-race if something didn't feel right so I'm not worried about that. What do you ladies think??

I would! Getting into the Boston is no easy feat; you're obviously an avid runner. I see no issue with it (so long as everything is going well with your pregnancy). Go mama, go!!!

Coming from a mother of a preemie 30 weeker-I wouldn't risk it.
You can start pre-term labour very quickly if you put too much stress on yourself. Then you would spend an  anonymous amount of time in the NICU. Your baby can have complications that come with a premature baby. 
Just try to be the voice of opinion 😀
But I would consult the doctor before you take any action on the marathon. It is a very real outcome

If you have been running before your pregnancy and are able to still train for the marathon, I think it could be okay. Check with your doctor, of course!
