When do u plan to get back to the gym after baby?
For moms that go to the gym, when will u go back? This morning was my first morning back at the gym. Im six weeks PP. Felt good to be back. Only problem was I had to be up by 4:30 and it was 15 degrees outside 😫 I was surprised how easy going back was.
