Exercising

I have always been very active. Before this summer (and my miscarriage at 5 weeks) I taught bikram yoga and took it 3-5 times a week and did a kettlebell class 3 times a week. I did this for years 4+. After the miscarriage I started running a bit which was hard but good. Once I found out I was pregnant again in September, my midwife cautioned against bikram yoga (too hot), and said to keep my heart rate below 140. I stopped running since my heart rate was always higher than 160, and stopped bikram yoga (and teaching it). Stopping yoga was so hard for me, and I felt a lot of guilt. But my anxiety after my miscarriage made me very cautious. I have continued my kettlebell workouts which my midwife said was fine, but some weeks only go 1 or 2 times. My job is pretty active as I work with toddlers but I feel like a lump! I feel stiff and like I'm out of shape. I did a quick workout at home tonight with my kettlebell and some basic planks and squats. I'm thinking of adding my mini trampoline/rebounder too.
I was just curious what everyone else is doing to stay active? I know it's important, and I have always been active so I've just felt weird not doing much. I'm 18 weeks so I still have lots of time to keep myself healthy and active.
