32 weeks 1 day

Who else is 32 weeks? I'm 32 w and 1 day, and been having really bad cramps that circle around to my back while having these in extremely nauseous , also having  diarrhea. And getting dizzy. Is this a sign that my son is gonna be coming soon? I'm a first time mom so I really don't know what to expect. At 31 weeks they said his head was down. At 31 weeks and 4 days I was dilated 1 but cervix was still hard and firm. Don't go back to the doctor till I'm 33 weeks.
