Help!

I am 15w&4d. Im so itchy all over my body! I feel like I'm going to scratch all of my skin off! This is my 2nd pregnancy and I never had this while pregnant with my son. I looked it up bc it's starting to become crazy. There's something called cholestasis of pregnancy that I have never heard of and its starting to worry me bc it could end in MC or stillbirth. Have any of you experienced this? Btw I have no rash.
