A little concerned

Had a big family blow up yesterday. Cried for several hours. I'm 25 weeks pregnant. Today I'm having low back pain, slight pelvic pressure and no appetite, felt lightheaded but my blood pressure was normal for me. My doctor seems to think it's nothing but I'm still worried. Anyone go through anything similar? Was it false labor or preterm labor? Do I need to go to the ER?
