Plan b.

So it has been about a 2 months since it happened. Me and my boyfriend were fooling around we didn't have sex and he didn't cum in me but there was contact and I heard pre cum can cause pregnancy but unlikely. So after it happened I took plan b (about 15 hours after) a week later I had discharge and a week after that I had discharge and then it turned into bleeding which lasted 5-7 days. Now I'm waiting for my second period and its 5 days late I'm nervous. I've had diherria and cramps and bloating and I've had normal symptoms of my period I'm just nervous that my period won't come. Any advice from someone who can help?
