Who do you love more?

Who do you love more, your spouse or your children? What is your gender?

I love them equally and in different ways. You don't have to choose between the two.

It shocks me how many people are actually saying they love their husbands more than the children they carried... Not love them different, but actually love them MORE? Your poor children. If your house was on fire and you could only get your husband or your child out, who are you going to save?

Not to mention that the love you have for your children is in no way comparable to love you feel for a spouse. Spousal love is intimate and it's love that is gained over time and can be broken.

While those are two very different types of love, partners come and go. Anything can happen- divorce, separation etc. 
But your children will always be your children, no matter what.

Husband comes first. Without him I wouldn't be pregnant. Without him I wouldn't be able to live carefree while he works himself to death seven days a week. He and I fell in love with each other and he will always be my number one. That doesn't mean I'll neglect my child/children but daddy always comes first.

I wouldn't have married my husband if we hadn't both been in agreement that in any marriage the children are the most important thing.

I love my daughter with all my heart but I'd have to say my fiance. Without him,  I wouldn't have her and he helps keep us safe and makes sure we are taken care of. I'm not saying is choose him over my daughter of something ever happened....  That's not the case because it is my job to love and protect her but I do love him more then anything because he helped me make her.

My husband comes first, bc together we could put our babies first and love them unconditionally. But I have an incredible unmeasurable amount of love for both.

I have an immeasurable amount of love for both. I love my baby with all my being, and I want the very best for her in her life so part of that is modeling to her what a healthy, loving marriage is.
