How soon can I go for blood tests to find out if I'm pregnant?
When is the right time?

My PCP did it the minute I had a positive at home test. I called right when it showed positive and they said "come on in and we'll take your blood to confirm" I knew the results the next morning

My doctor will only do it the day after a missed period.

Answer

Most won't do one til after your missed period.  And some say you have to miss a second one before they will do it... Just depends on the doctor
