Baby detergent?

Is dreft really worth the hype or is All just as good? I have always used all and I need to start washing clothes since I'm due in 5 weeks? What do you moms recommend?

Thank you!

You'll pay 10x more for anything marketed for babies. Any free and clear detergent is exactly the same thing and will cost you much less.

That's what I figured but since I'm a FTM I wanted to know from the pros!

All baby or all free and clear. That's all I'll use for baby. It's way cheaper and does a great job. I do get the dreft stain treatment spray though.

We used Dreft, but then our baby girl started developing rashes.  The doc recommended a free and clear detergent, so we switched to Tide Free and Clear and haven't looked back!

I never used All just Dreft and if it wasn't for my baby having sensitive skin I would switch, I'm not too crazy about Dreft personally.

My great grandma always said to use Ivory Snow because a particular ingredient in dreft, I can't remember what it was, but my family has always used ivory snow for this reason
