Lumps on vagina?

Since being pregnant I've got these lump/spots which are skin colour on my vagina flaps (don't know the real name sorry) I went to the doctors to rule out stis and genital warts and they said it's not that, just skin spots. But I'm getting more of them. Has anyone else got this whilst pregnant? It's really worrying me!
