I'm sad every time I have to pack away clothes that are too small for her. I'll probably be sad when she turns 1 and 2 and so on. They grow up so fast.

I'm curious, why do people feel sad when a baby turns 1?

I was sad on my daughters 1st birthday as she was in hospital with pneumonia and she almost took a turn for the worst. She's 2 next month so hoping we're not in hospital with her. I love how grown up she is and all her independence, I'm happy because I made her and she's turning into the most amazing child ever and that's down to me.
