DPO question...

Meredith • Married my high school sweetheart for almost 9 years now. We have two daughters, 7 and 4. We are trying for a boy 💙
When you all say "8dpo" "10dpo" etc. are you including the day you actually ovulated or do you start counting "DPOs" after you're done ovulating? Thank you 😊
