Fertilaid

I took Fertilaid this cycle from CD11-15 (5 days in total). I stopped immediately afterwards because I typically O on CD15 but didn't see any signs that if was around the corner. I also started to Google what was going on and I read countless stories about how some women have delayed O or stop ovulating all together and require medication to induce AF and O after taking it. I am now on CD18 and had a little bit of ewcm today, but a very negative opk. I am so terrified and upset right now that I've done something to screw up my body. Do you think after 5 days of taking this stuff it could be enough to do permanent damage to my cycle? I've read other ladies that had messed up their cycles after only taking it for 25-30 days, but I haven't found anyone that only took it for 5 days and the results. Please help me, I'm freaking out. I believe it is the Vitex in Fertilaid that messes with cycles. Thank you for your help!
