What can I do to help keep this baby!?

I've had two confirmed miscarriages in the last year. I'm 4 weeks and 3 days today and I wanna know if there's any advice you ladies can give me to help me keep this baby... Trying hard not to stress but it's hard!

Have you seen your doctor? They can check your blood levels to see if you have amount progesterone and estradiol to carry a pregnancy successfully. If not, they can prescribe them to you. Unfortunately a lot of m/c is due to chromosomal abnormality and there's not much one can do about that.
