Hysteroscopic resection of septum of arcuate uterus

I was recently diagnosed with an arcuate uterus. My RE suspects it caused my miscarriage last year. He resected the septum (dip) and that helped to put my Fallopian tubes in better alignment with my uterus. He currently has me on estrogen for a month and in two weeks I start progesterone. My tubes were clear and my blood work/follicular ultrasound came back good. I go to him next week for a check up. Will he suggest we move forward with fertility treatments or have us try to conceive naturally? I'm 37 years old. I got pregnant within 2 months of trying when I had my miscarriage. Has anyone gone through anything similar?
