What can you take during pregnancy for constipation?

Lactulose or colour are safe, but recommended for occasional use only, not every day.
Metamucil is fine daily, increase water and natural fibre (fruit and veg) intake if you can. But sometimes you need something to get you going again before you can start to regulate.
