4 weeks today.  I have heartburn all the time.  My boobs are really sore and I've been having odd pangs in my uterus. Kinda like cramps but different.

My boobs feel so full too!! And I feel like my uterus is stretching out? I guess that's the best way to explain it. Also lots of peeing!! I'm 4 weeks today.

Tender breasts, more tired, a little nauseous, bloated, and pulling in the abdomen.
