MIL not happy about pregnancy..

BFP and cramping -- I got these last Saturday! 2+ years TTC and had an early mc in Oct. I'm having mild cramping and back pain. I know it's super common but anyone else having it too? I think I'm just scared it's going to end like my mc. AF due 3 days.
