Where did my napper go?

My little lady is almost 5 months old and does not nap anyone else's like this? Mommy needs her midday nap lol

No nap unless it's on me... Same as nighttime. Well, we've made progress at night....she'll sleep next to me. No lectures please 😏

Seriously!! What happened?? Mine is going crazy every time I try and put her down whether it be for a nap or at night. I thought it was just mine. She will cry for 15 to 20 minutes until she falls asleep in my arms while I'm rocking her. This sucks! We just had a sleeping issue at 3 months.

You might be putting her down for her nap when she is too tired. Sleep rhythms change in little ones. If you see her get calm and start to space out, try giving her a nap. It's helped my little guy. I love the book Healthy Sleep Habbits Happy Child. I've learned so much.
