I wouldn't because I have poor balance lol, but if you have good balance I don't see why not?

If you're pro at walking around with them even with the weight of your belly, go ahead. But if you're kinda clumsy and often find yourself almost tripping or awkwardly walking in general, you might want to reconsider.

It depends on what kind of heels too and how high they are.

No. Your balance is off while pregnant and heels push your weight forward which will hurt your back (back pain)
