I've had sciatic pain here and there last couple weeks but today it attacked with a vengeance!!! It was always happening on my right side(groin and my butt) then tonight it hit my left side groin so horrible I cried! I hear icing helps which I'm doing but anybody else have advice? Will a maternity belt help? I'm 36 weeks and still need to function at work for two more weeks. Please help!
