Why does it say 3 percent chance of getting pregnant the week before your period- isn't there no chance ?

There's always a chance. Glow (and every other fertility/period app) uses an algorithm to predict when you ovulate during a cyle based on its length, but that doesn't mean you ovulate when it says you do. Add that with the fact that healthy sperm can live anywhere from 3-5 days inside you and there's the possibilty of you getting pregnant at any point before your period if you ovulate earlier or later than Glow says.
