I have a boyfriend of 7 years and he started paying child support for a child of his that he can't even see that he had in 2007. Well he has been paying every month 50 dollars monthly. He has been at the same job for years and so his wages have increased significantly. We are wondering seeing how the child should be getting more child support because of his increased income, will they ever look into how much he is making and increase the Child support or will it Stay the same amount it has been unless his baby mom says something? Is the only way it can change is if his baby mom says something to the child support ppl????????? We need to know because we don't want a whole bunch of child support biting us in the ass if your supposed to change the amount of income we been getting , do the child support ppl have to have updates of his income regulary? Someone please help
