I am so conjested! I can't breath through my nose I can't take anything!! I have seen the list of so called safe to take meds while preggers but I just don't trust it and I don't want to risk anything!! Hot shower didn't work ugh any natural suggestions?! I bought what I thought were Vicks vapor pads you out on your chest but they are actually re fills for the plug ins lol
