Kinda bloody pee?

So I'm pretty sexually active and I'm in the shot. All day today, though, I've been having weird problem... My pee is kind of more of a peach tone, and when I wipe, it looks red, but really faded. All I drink is water, so it's not what I'm drinking. Also, lately, I've been getting headaches, fatigue, and nausea. Do I have something wrong with my bladder, or should I take a pregnancy test?
