Hi ladies, I'm 6 weeks and 1 day into my 2nd pregnancy with no living babies. I'm just wondering if there is anyone with a congenital heart disease/defect. I was born with a coarctation of the aorta which is a dangerous narrowing of the aortic artery, I also have a malicious valve which is constantly open when it should pulsate opening and closing with every heart beat. I had major heart surgery when I was 2.5yrs in London, UK. I still have the condition just not as serious as it is progressively narrowing again, I also have a growing aneurysm on my aorta as well as a systolic murmur and super hypertension. Its safe to say I am petrified for the safety of my baby. Has anyone had any of these conditions or any condition with the heart at all and still went on to have a healthy pregnancy and baby?
