So I have no idea what to expect with labor pains, FTM.

I have had small cramps only on my left side. I'm assuming they are not contractions but not sure either. They come and go every 4 mins or so, but they a really don't hurt horribly. Just more of an irritating pain. Has only been happening for 30 mins.

Can labor pains not be painful? I always thought they were really painful? Also I'm 37+1 weeks.

Anyway, any advice would be appreciated, thank you.
