FOR GIRLS WANTING SHORTER PERIODS

Read me if you want shorter and easier periods! These tricks work I'm telling you, went from having my period for 9 days to 5-6 days.
1. Take 3 Tylenol in the morning each day of period
2. Red Raspberry leaf tea or Raspberry tea, drink one-two small cups a day. Be careful of drinking too much it can effect blood sugar.
3. ORGASMS! Period sex or masterbate, gets the uterus moving and overall really helps in many ways 
4. I know you may not want to hear this but exercising really helped me and boosted my happiness x200. I really recommend it 
5. Wear pads! Tampons keep the blood and clots in your uterus?preventing all that stuff from coming out making your periods longer. I know some people may hate pads but they let you pee whenever you want without worrying about changing tampons and there's no restriction of blood flow to the outside.
