I'm a FTM. I want my own mom in the delivery room with my husband when the big day comes. He isn't as open to the idea :( he feels it's a special moment he would rather not share with anyone. There's no conflict because ultimately I will make the decision. & he knows that. But it's difficult to swallow that I might be going against my husbands wishes should I decide she be there. The discussion ended with him stating he didn't believe many women want their moms in the room anyway... Let me know opinions, please!
