My boyfriend is a painter and I've gone to work with him and he's painted some absolutely disgusting places to the point that I don't even want to go inside, he feels real sorry for the cleaning crew that has to come in.

I would say it depends on the situation. Depends on the person and the house. People tolerate differently things

It depends on who you're cleaning up after. When I was 14, I cleaned houses with my mom and sister. It was a lot of work! A lot of pressure is put on you. Your customers see you as slaves, not humans. It's kinda sad. :/
Not to mention that sometimes, people are just disgusting and act like we didn't care. One time, we found a pair of bloody panties in the sink, like we were supposed to clean that. Disgusting!

I'd think it would depend on the country and region as to working conditions and pay. Eg hard in Asia, maybe easier in UK, Australia, New Zealand for example. Where are you?
