He hates when you pull your hand away or try to walk away from him after petting or playing so he tries to claw you to come back to him. I was playing footsies with him swinging only my foot around and went to pull my foot away and he lifted his leg and opened up his paw and claws and full force swung for my leg. What the hell do i do? This is my first cat. With a dog, i know how to punish correctly and efficiently. But apparently you cant do shit because its a cat and they "own" you. So do i just let this vicious little shit roam my house as normal and demand lots of affection. Im in so much pain and i refuse to let him get away with this kind of behaviour.
