So I got lice from my little sisters. I'm currently pregnant so I'm not using chemicals. Washing my hair with tea tree oil and soaking my hair with baby oil and combing through with a special comb. I cut 8 inches off my hair and I continuously comb through it every day. I have no bugs now it's just eggs. The baby oil and comb are helping but it feels like it will never go away. What else can I do?
